For those who pray, would you pray for my mom?

She and my Dad left on March 3rd for the trip of their lives, or marriage-to-date.  They were celebrating their 40th anniversary and had planned a trip to The Holy Land with stops in London and Rome.

About 3 days into their 11 day Israel tour, my mom slipped and fractured her hip.  Their insurance company flew them home immediately to have surgery in the States, to put in three screws.

They are home now, and the recovery has been painful, tiring and disappointing.

My mom is confident that God knows about this and has a plan.

Thanks,

  1. OH MY... THE DISAPPOINTMENT YOUR PARENTS MUST FEEL WILL BE COVERED WITH THE LOVE THEY HAVE BUILT, INVESTED, TRUSTED AND TURNED TO IN THEIR 40 YEARS. GOD WILL BE FAITHFUL.

    GOD BLESS THEM BOTH.

  2. That is such a bummer! I will be praying. Hopefully there will be another trip that will prove to be even better than she thought this one would have been!

  4. How unfortunate for your mom but I'm glad the insurance company did the right thing by getting them home. I hope she is not in too much pain and will have a speedy recovery

  6. Lord Jesus,

Minster to this precious Mama and Hubby...

Your ways are not our ways... but how they must be wondering, why Lord?

Please use this time to grow their faith and allow them to return to the Holy Land when healthy again.

    In Jesus' Name,
    Amen

    Love,
    Traci
