Handmade Christmas:: For the Photographer on my list

So if you're on my Christmas list, and three little people in Texas call you Uncle Jon, please stop reading.

This weekend I made these ornaments for my brother, who loves all things photog-related.

Here's a quick tutorial for you:

Felt+Embroidery Floss + Blanket Stitch = Cute Ornaments

Didn't get a photographer in the Christmas Gift Name Draw? My suggestion: search their hobby on etsy for ideas you can make yourself-or support other artisans and make it easy on yourself this year! I may do some of that, too!

What Handmade Christmas projects are you working on?

I'm linking this post to Kimba'sDIY Day & Kim's Get Your Craft On & Chris' I Can Make That! Party

  9. I think I might just use this idea for making felt ornaments with my children - I saw packs of felt at the craft store the other day for a very reasonable price. I could make some Australian/hobby themed ornaments - maybe surfboards! Not so sure they would quite right on my tree though!
I have been crafting like crazy and my handmade cracker tutorial is already on my new blog for Christmas, handmade wreaths and themed garlands coming soon. The hot glue gun is having a real work out. The blog is called www.christmasateden.blogspot.com and there is a link at my main blog too.
